Method Statement

Although not every project works in exactly the same order here are some guidelines with regard to Marnita’s processes.

Stage 1: Briefing
Marnita to receive a project briefing, either by formal written tender, or through discussion with Client to assess requirements of project.

Stage 2: Written quotation
Marnita to produce written quotation itemising costs for all aspects of the brief. The quotation will itemise the individual elements of the project.

Stage 3: Presentation
Presentation of proposed system. These may be as printed visuals or supplied electronically via PDF. Marnita would normally visit the Client.

Stage 4: Client approval
Client to approve proposed new system.

Stage 6: Installation
System is installed by Marnita.

Stage 7: Post Evaluation
Brief evaluation of client’s satisfaction with finished system.
